Yoga mats are not provided. Please bring your own yoga mat; we also suggest a towel or blanket if your mat is thin.

Laura Courtney is a certified yoga instructor, educator and life coach. As a spiritual guide she uses her own life experience to help her students develop a yoga practice that can be used as a tool for spiritual growth and connection.
